"Charlotte is home but I'm open. Especially if there is an expansion or something like that," Paul said.
"I've been involved with the league for too long. From every aspect of it. Just knowing the game, understanding the GMs, the players relations-- all the different entities, that's definitely one of my goals is to own a team.

In his long NBA career, Chris Paul served as the National Basketball Players Association president in August 2013 and has been a key figure in banning former Clippers team owner Donald Sterling. Paulleft his position as president in August 2021 giving way to CJ McCollum to take his place.

CP3's recent season with the Golden State Warriors saw him post a career-low in scoring with 9.2 points while assisting 6.8 per game. Unfortunately, his team got eliminated from playoff contention after losing to the Sacramento Kings in the Western Conference play-in tournament.
