LeBron James has been critical of Donald Trump’s Presidency since the time the he first took office. However, despite their political differences, the LA Lakers star won't wish personal harm on him, nor would he downplay his life being in danger.
Unfortunately, there was an assassination attempt made on the life of the former President on July 13. Earlier today, NBA Centel, a parody account of NBA Central, made a not-serious claim that LeBron James might have suggested that he had a feeling the assassination attempt would happen.
"I don't know I just had a bad feeling something was going to happen today. I was actually reading about John Wilkes Booth just earlier today."

Former NBA player and Golden State Warriors center Andrew Bogut was in stitches after reading the claim by the parody account. He reacted to the post with nine laughing emojis.
Interestingly, Booth was a stage artist who had assassinated the late great American President Abraham Lincoln. How this could be funny is not very apparent. Possibly, the joke was trying to paint Trump as Lincoln in James’ eyes or the humor is too dark.
Ener Kanter Freedom calls LeBron James a dictator
LeBron James and the LA Lakers are heading into the next season with a completely different storyline. The Lakers have a new head coach in JJ Redick and James has a new teammate and somebody he wanted to play with for a very long time.
One of the many known faces who has been hyper-critical of the four-time NBA champion is Enes Kanter Freedom. In an appearance on OutKick, the former NBA player said that both Redick and James’ son Bronny James are in their current positions because of the Lakers superstar.
“He [Bronny James] might be a good dude, but he’s not good enough to play in the NBA. The reason he got drafted is because of LeBron. The reason JJ Redick is the coach is because of LeBron,” Kanter said.
The Lakers are yet to experience the new team under JJ Redick. Moreover, the son of the NBA star hasn’t been giving impressive performances in the Summer League.
The former Boston Celtics forward also termed James a “dictator.” He alleged that the 20-time NBA All-Star controls the NBA and anybody who goes against him is punished.
“When I see a dictator, I know it. LeBron is literally like the dictator of the NBA. He controls the media, he controls his narrative, if you go against his agenda, you get traded, everybody knows it.”
Interestingly, this is not the first time the currently out-of-job NBA player has spoken against LeBron James.
