Michael Jordan's daughter Jasmine Jordan shares her insight on Jordan brand's handling of NIL athletes

Michael Jordan is one of the biggest names in the world of basketball and after retiring he has become a successful entrepreneur. He has his own sportswear brand "Jordan" which has signed many athletes.

Jasmine Jordan currently serves as the marketplace manager for women's sports marketing and in an interview with Rick Horrow in August, she shared her insights on her job and handling young NIL athletes under the brand.

"It’s 'Hey, we want to educate you. It’s not all about making money and shiningIt’s about understanding the industry and understanding the impact that they’re going to have going forward,'" Jasmine said. "So, yeah, we’re going to have those real conversations of knowing what to do and what not to do, so that they can be successful as well as we get our money’s worth of them being successful with us."

She explained that NIL deals have been helpful for the younger athletes in getting contracts with brands and as a part of her job, she carries the responsibility of educating and nurturing these young athletes who are mostly from college or even high school.
