Jimmy Butler watched Game 2 on TV as he watched his team beat the top-seeded Boston Celtics to even the series. Now, the Celtics are visiting the Kaseya Center to face the Miami Heat in Game 3 of the opening round of the playoffs and he is in the seats. Amidst the Heat trailing in the game, Butler turned heads with his new hairstyle.

Fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to troll the Heat star for his new hairstyle. A few fans hilariously compared Butler in a new hairstyle to Mickey Mouse from Disney World.

This isn’t the first time that Jimmy Butler has made headlines for his hairstyle when he isn't playing basketball. During Media Day for the Miami Heat, Butler rocked straight hair with eyes and ear piercings with his fingernails painted. It was his new “emo” look.

His straight hair “emo” look became a talking point on the internet and one of the trending topics among NBA fans. Butler also said that his hairdo and his looks represented how he felt inside.

“Yeah, yeah, laugh it up,” he told the reporters giggling in the background. He added: “I’m very emotional right now. This is my emo state and I like this. This is me,” Butler said. “This is how I’m feeling as of late.”
