Joel Embiid attempts a jump shot

Philadelphia 76ers superstar big man Joel Embiid lived up to his Twitter moniker before Saturday night's game in Utah. Hilariously crashing the Jazz dance team's pre-game routine, the 76ers big man successfully trolled the fans at the game.

As part of their pre-game routine and preparation, players frequently step onto the court before the game. However, this routine may conflict with the pre-game entertainment arrangements.

Such a situation occurred before the 76ers vs Jazz game when Embiid stepped onto the floor right before the Jazz dance team's pre-game performance.

The 76ers big man was hilariously caught in the middle of the ensemble as they broke out into their number. However, Embiid looked unbothered. Going about his activities and prep on schedule, the 76ers superstar simply took the ball and went to work while the dancers did their thing around him.

While Embiid's actions may not have had much of an impact on the routine, Embiid may have successfully set the tone for the game. With the 76ers walking away with a win against the Jazz after a thriller of a game, Philadelphia may have enjoyed some psychological advantage.

Joel Embiid has earned himself a bit of a reputation as a troll in the NBA. With his Twitter moniker being "Troel", Embiid continues to live up to his name with his antics on and off the court.

Embiid's actions have often been met with very few consequences. Considering that most of his antics aren't the most scandalous and are usually just well-timed jabs, the 76ers big man garners more positive attention than negative.

With famous jabs like the one he took at Ben Simmons moments after the news of Simmons' trade was announced, Embiid cemented his reputation as a top-tier troll. This aspect of the 76ers superstar was recently highlighted prior to the game against the Utah Jazz.

Joel Embiid drops 30 on Utah

Joel Embiid is the cream of the crop when considering the talent pool for big men in the league right now. With one of the most versatile skill sets in the game, Embiid displays impressive agility and athleticism for a player of his size. This makes him virtually unstoppable in most games.

The game against the Jazz was no different. Embiid is currently second in the league in scoring with an average of 33.5 points per game. The big man fell a little bit short of his average as he recorded 30 points and seven rebounds on the night against the Jazz.

Joel Embiid puts an immense amount of pressure upon most interior defenses. This sees him spend a significant amount of time at the charity stripe. Going 10-13 from the free-throw line on Saturday night, the 76ers superstars certainly made things hard for the Jazz's big men.

However, James Harden was the 76ers' star of the night. Harden dropped an impressive 31 points along with six rebounds and 11 assists to see the team through to a 118-117 win.

Harden garnered attention recently for his impressive performances in Joel Embiid's absence. With Embiid returning from injury and Harden at the top of his game, the 76ers will hope that their superstar duo retain their form as they share the floor together as well.
