Jalen Brunson's contract with the the New York Knicks is one of the biggest that was offered during the offseason. Even before free agency began, the Knicks were already openly recruiting Brunson, which resulted in the New York team losing their 2025 second-round pick for tampering.

Over the summer, Brunson signed a four-year $104 million deal. The organization guaranteed the young guard to get all of the $104 million, which also includes a player option in the final year. The 6-foot-1 star will earn an average salary of $26,000,000 per season on his contract.

This season, the Knicks guard will earn a guaranteed $27,733,332. In his second and third seasons, Brunson will make $26,346,666 and $24,960,001, respectively. He then has the player option in his final year. If he decides to opt in, he'll earn $24,960,001 in the 2025-26 season.

Jalen Brunson's contract is team-friendly and could allow the Knicks to operate and sign other big-name players next season.

With Brunson, the Knicks (18-13) have improved and are now sixth in the Eastern Conference. New York has a chance to participate in the postseason after missing out last season.
