The New York Knicks are signing free-agent center Moses Brown to a two-way contract. Brown spent the earlier part of the season with the LA Clippers, playing 34 games and averaging 4.6 points, 4.1 rebounds and 0.4 blocks.

Seeing as his contract is a two-way deal, Brown could be used as an extra player to be assigned by the Knicks to the G League. With that, he won't be snatched by other teams and can be closely monitored by the organization. He'll also earn a flat salary of $508,891, half of the rookie minimum

As for his compatibility with guard Jalen Brunson and the rest of the roster, the Knicks probably won't play him as much as the others. He could be a prospect for the team.

Can the New York Knicks make a deep playoff run?

One of the biggest surprises this season was the New York Knicks, who have turned things around after a lackluster 2021-22 campaign. Brunson's addition has made them one of the most exciting teams this season. They're now in the fifth spot in the Eastern Conference.

With how the roster looks for the Knicks, they could be one of the biggest surprises this offseason. Their big three of Brunson, Julius Randle and RJ Barrett have been playing incredibly well. All three guys are averaging at least 20 points per game this season, which is enough firepower for the competitive Eastern Conference.

Additionally, one of the candidates for the Sixth Man of the Year is playing alongside them. Immanuel Quickley has been extremely valuable to them as their sparkplug. In their win against the Boston Celtics, he had 38 points, eight rebounds and seven assists as a starter.

With their current momentum, they have a shot at having a deep playoff run. As long as everyone on their roster who has a huge role is healthy, there's a good chance that they will become the biggest threat in the East.
