When Dennis Rodman was offered $20 million by Madonna: “If I got her pregnant, she’d pay me”

As one of the biggest personalities in NBA history, Dennis Rodman is in a class of his own. Aside from being one of the best rebounders ever, the Hall of Famer is best known for his outlandish actions outside of basketball.

Dennis Rodman helped Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen lead the Chicago Bulls to championships, but he was certainly the team's wild card. Along with constantly dying his hair, he did crazy things like appear on professional wrestling shows.

Because he was such an interesting person, Dennis Rodman made a lot of friends outside of basketball. One othem being female singer Madonna.

Back in 2019, the former Bulls forward hopped on "More The Breakfast Club" to discuss a wide variety of topics. During the interview, he opened up about how Madonna once offered him a large sum of money to have a baby with her:

"I was rolling the dice in Vegas and she was in New York. ... She says 'Dennis I'm ovulating.'

"She asked me if I got her pregnant, she would pay me 20 million dollars."

How long did Dennis Rodman and Madonna date?

Before he became one of Michael Jordan's running mates with the Chicago Bulls, Dennis Rodman was a member of the San Antonio Spurs. During his brief stint with the team, he became romantically connected to Madonna.

Outside of this outlandish request in regards to having a baby, the two reportedly had a real relationship. According to one of his former teammates, a family was not all she wanted. Madonna also wanted to marry Rodman, and proposed to him multiple times:

“It’s not rumor. It’s true. I was there. She was dead serious. She wanted Dennis Rodman to marry her. She asked Dennis several times to marry her. I was there, I heard it with my own ears. She wanted to have a baby."

Despite all these proposals and arrangements for pregnancies, Rodman and Madonna ended up splitting after only a few months of dating.

Things might not have worked out with Madonna, but Rodman had his fair share of marriages. He wed Annie Bakes for a year before dating Maddona, then was married twice after they broke up. Rodman was most recently married to Michelle Moyer, who he was with from 2003 to 2012.

Along with his three marriages, Rodman also has three children. He has two daughters, Trinity and Alexis, along with a son DJ. Rodman's son is currently trying to follow in his father's footsteps as he plays for the Washington State men's basketball team.
