The start of the season for the Golden State Warriors hasn't gone as many expected. At 8-10 and 11th in the Western Conference, Golden State needs to figure it out soon in to win another championship like they did a season ago.

There are various reasons for the Warriors' early struggles. For one, it's the beginning of the season. Is it really time to press the panic button on a team that's been the best in the NBA for nearly a decade now? Even without a trade, Golden State should be fine.

The biggest reason the Warriors are struggling is their bench. That unit, including nearly all of their young guys, hasn't been able to get the job done.

It's tough to say if this is a major issue for Golden State. But Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson won't be there forever. Should the Warriors make a trade and give up the likes of James Wiseman, Jonathan Kuminga or Moses Moody?

One of these players could be moved, according to recent reports, and that guy is Wiseman. The two players that Golden State seems to be interested in are San Antonio Spurs center Jakob Poeltl and Indiana Pacers center Myles Turner.

Poeltl is one of the NBA's best defenders around the rim and can be a huge help for the Warriors. Turner is also an elite defender around the rim and can hit outside shots.

NBA reporter Eric Pincus reported:

"Beyond adding a versatile defensive wing in Crowder, competing executives believe the Warriors covet additional size in a player like Jakob Poeltl of the San Antonio Spurs or Myles Turner of the Indiana Pacers."

Warriors could add Myles Turner or Jakob Poeltl

If the Golden State Warriors add a veteran like Myles Turner or Jakob Poeltl, it could be just what this team needs. There have been multiple cases where an NBA team makes a trade and starts playing better.

There are multiple factors to think about with Golden State. Trading their young players might be a good decision now because they can get an experienced player. However, trading them now could come back to hurt them in the future.

James Wiseman was expected to be a monster coming into the NBA as the No. 2 pick in 2020 and hasn't lived up to the hype just yet.

It's still early, and his career and will look to continue developing, whether that be with Golden State or a different team.

The Warriors will have some tough decisions to make on their younger guys in the near future.
