De'Aaron Fox is easily one of the fastest players in the league. He had a career year last season, as he averaged 25.2 PPG on 47.7% shooting from the field. His speed amazed the fans, and some of his dunks were chartbusters.

He is the face of the Sacramento Kings and has become one of the crowd favorites there. His poster dunks and show of speed have ruled the NBA mixtapes all through last year.

Last year, rookie Tyrese Halliburton also showed what he was capable of doing. The youngster will be looking to continue his brilliance and peak to his best in his sophomore year.

Him playing at the top of his game will be a great help for Fox, who will be vying to help the Kings reach the NBA Playoffs for the first time since 2006.

Zach LaVine had one of the best years of his career last season with the Bulls. The two-time Slam Dunk champion averaged 27.4 PPG throughout last season. He was also brilliant from beyond the arc, as he shot 41.9% from the 3 point range to prove his potential.

Previously everyone knew LaVine only as an explosive dunker. But his brilliance with the Bulls last season has proven once and for all that he is a certified bucket.

In recent free agency, Chicago has added some big players like Lonzo Ball, Demar DeRozan and Alex Caruso to their franchise. All of these players can definitely add great value to the team and help the Bulls get to their first Playoffs since 2015.

# 1 Zion Williamson

Zion Williamson came into the league with the biggest hype for any player since LeBron James. Although his rookie season was hampered by injuries, he showed glimpses of brilliance with some terrific performances there.

He continued his exploits the following season as he averaged 27.0 PPG for the Pelicans all while shooting a phenomenal 61.1% from the field.

Having played two whole seasons, Zion has an All-star appearance to show on his resume. However, he is yet to make a playoff appearance and prove his true potential there.

There is still a long career ahead for the youngster. His ability to dominate the paint gives him an advantage over nearly every other player in the league. He will be hoping to make use of that and make his first NBA Playoff appearance as a player.
