Following the return of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard, the Los Angeles Clippers had quickly put together a seven-game winning streak, and they appeared set for another win on Friday against an out-of-sorts San Antonio Spurs. However, the Clippers produced their worst performance of the season on the way to slumping to a surprise 97-107 defeat.
George and Leonard combined for just 24 points, while usually reliable role players such as Patrick Beverley, Lou Williams, and Montrezl Harris also failed to make an impact.
