LeBron James and the LA Lakers will visit the Cleveland Cavaliers for the only time this season. James, who led the Cavaliers to their only title in franchise history in 2015-2016, received a tribute video honoring his time with the franchise, which was followed by thunderous applause from the fans.

Check out LeBron James' tribute video, as well as the fan reaction, below:

James spent 11 years with the Cavaliers across two stints with the franchise. The first stint lasted seven years, after Cleveland made him the first overall pick of the 2003 NBA Draft. James led the Cavaliers to one NBA Finals appearance, while picking up back-to-back NBA MVP awards in his final two seasons with the team.

During that stint, LeBron James averaged 27.8 points per game, 7.0 rebounds per game, 7.0 assists per game, 1.7 steals per game, and 0.9 blocks per game. The 18-time All-Star shot 47.5% from the field, 32.9% from three-point range, and 74.2% from the free-throw line.

James, however, left under circumstances that turned his home state of Ohio against him. After spending four years with the Miami Heat, winning two NBA championships and two NBA MVP awards, James returned to Cleveland, promising to deliver a title.

The 18-time All-NBA selection lived up to that promise, as in 2015-2016, he led the Cleveland Cavaliers to their first title in franchise history. Over his second stint with the franchise, the Cavaliers made the NBA Finals in each of his four seasons.

James averaged 26.1 points per game, 7.7 rebounds per game, 8.0 assists per game, 1.4 steals per game, and 0.7 blocks per game in his return to Cleveland. Additionally, he shot 52.6% from the field, 35.1% from three-point range, and 71.1% from the free-throw line.

Although James wound up leaving the franchise following the 2017-2018 season as he departed for the LA Lakers, he is now embraced upon his return. After ending a 52-year title drought from the city's professional teams, James will forever be endeared in the city of Cleveland.
