Anthony Davis has other interesting stats

While injuries have led to Anthony Davis becoming one of the most underrated players in the NBA, he has been one of the most dominant players of his generation since entering the league. In just his third season at the age of 21, Davis became the youngest player in league history to record a player efficiency rating of at least 30.0.

For his career, Davis' player efficiency rating of 27.0 is fourth in NBA history, trailing only Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Nikola Jokic. Davis trails them by 0.9, 0.3, and 0.2, respectively.

Only four players throughout the history of the NBA have exceeded Davis' 23.9 career points per game and 10.3 rebounds per game. These players are Kareem-Abdul Jabbar, Wilt Chamberlain, Elgin Baylor, and Bob Pettit, who lasted played in 1989, 1973, 1972, and 1965, respectively.

While some fans attempted to discredit Davis' inclusion on the NBA's 75th Anniversary Team, the 2019-2020 NBA champion has a pretty complete resume despite being in just his eleventh season. Considering the amount of criticism Davis has received for missing time, his combination of statistics, analytical numbers, and accolades becomes even more impressive.
