With the trial around the corner, Torey Lanez's attorney is attempting to gather all the information possible. He recently spoke with a former friend of Meghan The Stallion, Kelsey Nicole. It was there that Ben Simmons was brought up.

Ben Simmons responds to accusation of relationship with Meghan The Stallion

In the past, Ben Simmons has been known to have some high-profile partners. The Brooklyn Nets star dated Kendall Jenner for an extended period, and was once engaged to TV star Maya Jama. However, this is the first time Meghan The Stallion has been mentioned in connection to Simmons.

Following Lanez's comments about Simmons hooking up with Meghan The Stallion, the three-time All-Star took to social media to give a response. He posted a clip on his Instagram story of rapper Rick Ross uttering the words "false accusations." The initial video is from when Ross appeared on the pro wrestling TV show AEW Dynamite.

Ben Simmons also connected to Kelsey Nicole

Following the opening statements in the trial, Meghan The Stallion isn't the only person Ben Simmons has been connected to. According to The Shade Room, he also shared a relationship with Kelsey Nicole. However, Nicole has shut down any accusations of ever being with Simmons.

Lanez's defense is trying to prove that it was Kelsey Nicole who fired at Meghan The Stallion, citing that the two women had an argument the night of the incident. Part of why the two were feuding is because Kelsey Nicole claimed Meghan The Stallion had been with multiple men she'd been with. Among those mentioned was Simmons.

After an NBA season filled with drama last year for Simmons, he now finds himself in the middle of another scandal. While he may deny the claims, it's something that he will likely have to speak about in the coming days.

After sitting all of last season, Simmons was hoping to only focus on basketball this year. However, following these new accusations, he will now have to work on blocking out these off-the-court distractions.
