According to a new rumor, the Rivals event in Warzone and Black Ops 6 Season 4 may be delayed. Originally scheduled to run from June 12 to June 26, 2025, the event might now begin on June 19. Furthermore, the currently ongoing Ballerina event was originally planned to conclude on June 12, 2025, according to the official S4 content blog, but the in-game timer shows a different date.

According to the official Season 4 content blog for Warzone and Black Ops 6, the Rivals event was scheduled to run from June 12 to June 26, 2025. However, a well-known leaker, @realityuk_, recently shared on X that the event will instead go live on June 19, 2025. Interestingly, the leaker did not use the word "delayed" or suggest that the original timeline mentioned in the blog post was incorrect; only the new date was shared.

This raises the possibility that it might simply be a typo or miscommunication, as no clarification has been provided to confirm whether the event is officially delayed.

Still, there’s another strong indicator that supports a potential delay. The Ballerina event, which went live on June 5 at 10 am PT, was originally slated (according to the blog) to conclude on June 12, the same day the Rivals event was expected to start. But in-game, the Ballerina event shows an end date of June 19, 2025.

This shift suggests a high possibility that the Rivals event has been delayed. Another possibility is that the content blog simply included a typo. Notably, from the moment the Ballerina event launched, the in-game timer pointed to a June 19 end date, implying that this might have been the intended plan all along.

As of now, nothing is officially confirmed. Whether the Rivals event will be delayed or will go live on the original date remains uncertain. However, one thing is clear: based on the current in-game timer (as of June 8, 2025), the Ballerina event has 11 days remaining, meaning it will conclude on June 19, 2025.
