Faction Missions abound in Warzone 2 DMZ, and completing each one brings you one step closer to unlocking your extra insured weapon slots. While specific Faction Missions, such as Break Check, require players to collect specific goods, others demand you to travel to obscure locations and fulfill a specified mission. One such location is the Smuggling Tunnels.
What are the main objectives of Smuggling Tunnels in the DMZ?
Smuggling Tunnels is the White Lotus faction's Tier 2 mission, and it requires players to locate the Smuggling Tunnels on Al Mazrah before planting a camera at two of the tunnel entrances and withdrawing in the same deployment. You will be rewarded with the Perfect Duo calling card and 7,500 XP for doing so. Despite the fact that the mission description appears to be straightforward, the Smuggling Tunnels are a well-kept secret within the DMZ.
Where are the Smuggling Tunnels in the DMZ?
The Smuggling Tunnels is a permanent Stronghold located north of Zarqwa Hydroelectric and may only be entered with a Stronghold Keycard. The Smuggling Tunnels are a minor cave system stretching across a large dunes region between Rohan Oil and Al Mazrah City. The main Stronghold structure is the easiest method to enter the Smuggling Tunnels. There is a ladder here that leads down to the tunnels. There are, however, a few other entrances to the north and west of the main structure.
How to complete the Smuggling Tunnels Faction Mission?
You must deploy tactical cameras facing two of the Smuggling Tunnels' entrances in a single deployment for this operation section. These are the entrances described before, located north and east of the main Stronghold structure. You will need two tactical cameras to accomplish this. You can get the first tactical camera by equipping it as a field upgrade before deploying it into the DMZ.
However, you may need to find an additional camera to finish this solo. Once you have two tactical cameras, position one at each of the Smuggling Tunnels' entrances. These entrances are easily recognizable as the locked Stronghold doors within the Smuggling Tunnels. This completes the second step of the task. All that remains is to successfully exfiltrate inside the same deployment to fulfill this Faction Mission.

A. Tactical Cameras are fortunately not difficult to obtain. All you need to do is change your loadout in the DMZ. Before entering a match, go to your loadouts tab and check the Field Upgrade box on the right. You may alter the Field Upgrade that you spawn in with here.
A. Once you've been pulled from a match with a Contraband Weapon in your possession, you can use it in all other game types. Within the DMZ, you can access Weapon Blueprints, which are not lost upon death.
