Vertigo Games' Arizona Sunshine 2 is a first-person action-adventure title. In this mind-boggling sequel to the 2019 original, players will once again take on the role of the outspoken protagonist as he experiences the end of the world beneath the beautiful beams of Arizona sunshine. As the world descends into chaos and gore, the gun-toting murderer and his adoring companion Buddy will set out to discover a new means to an end.
Arizona Sunshine 2, despite its incredibly unconventional zombified cinematics and almost brutal gameplay, earned admirers just as well because Vertigo Games has yet to leave a lot of time between its announcement and its release date, which is presently set for late 2023.

Arizona Sunshine 2 will be identical to its predecessor. What's new here is its "brand-new, next-gen mutilation and gore system"—a feature that will use those familiar DualSense controls and give you total creative flexibility when it comes to murdering Freds out on the battlefield. Expect a lot of melee action and gore-filled executions.

Arizona Sunshine 2 will be available for PlayStation VR2 and PC VR later this year. It is unknown which VR headsets will be eligible, but if the first game is any indication, the sequel will also be accessible on Valve Index and Meta Quest. With Sony currently focusing on the VR2, you can rule it out for PlayStation VR.
