Her channel grew exponentially in a short amount of time, and realizing the success and the potential of switching to content creation full-time, she convinced her parents to give her an extra year of time off before she began her training. She now works full-time as a content creator.

A few months later, in December 2020, JustaMinx was handed a 7-day ban on Twitch for allegedly using words such as “simp,” “virgin,” as well as “incel.” This came just a few days after Twitch had announced that they would be modifying their policies to penalize those on the platform that used the term, starting from the tail-end of January 2021. Her ban was not canceled halfway and she returned to her normal streaming schedule a week later.

Upon observing the whole situation on Twitch, popular streamer XQC stated, on his live-stream, that he didn’t think she got banned for using those words. However, after her return Minx reacted to the clip with annoyance. “If you weren’t banned for f****** “simp,” go to your little f****** manager and ask them what the f*** I was banned for if you’re so f****** confident I wasn’t banned for that,” said Minx right after watching the clip.

Minx and XQC supposedly have some tension between them, as Minx has left an Among Us lobby when she realized XQC was also present.
