How Many Rounds Will be Played in the 2024 PGA Championship?

The 2024 PGA Championship will consist of four rounds of play. This is the usual format for most professional golf tournaments, including major championships like the PGA Championship. Each round generally spans over a day, with players completing 18 holes per round. The cumulative scores from all four rounds will determine the tournament's champion and final leaderboard standings.

How to calculate 2024 PGA Championship Leaderboard score?

At the 2024 PGA Championship, points will be granted based on the player's performance on each hole of the round; each hole has a different par and is thus evaluated as per the player's over- or under-par score, which is added to their total.

For example, on a par 72 golf course, a score of 72 would be even par, a score of 75 would be 3-over, and a score of 69 would be 3-under. There is an "E" for even par. An accurate number is maintained in relation to par to calculate the final score at the end of the round, and be put on the leaderboard.
