As the 2023 NFL season approaches, Patrick Mahomes is working hard to get back in shape for elite-level football. And to motivate himself, he brought his wife and daughter to one of his workout sessions.

On Monday, Brittany Lynne Mahomes posted a series of photos of herself and their daughter Sterling Skye at a gym where her husband was working out. She was impressively dressed in a blue-white shirt over a blue-green dress and white sneakers, while Sterling looked cute in a white blouse under blue overalls, pink socks, and gray-white shoes.

At one point, Brittany allowed Sterling to "hold" one of the barbells inside the gym.

Patrick Mahomes even got to throw Sterling up in the air as Brittany watched.

How strong of a schedule do Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs have in 2023?

It is no wonder that Patrick Mahomes and his teammates are back working out and practicing because they have a loaded schedule in the upcoming season.

The Chiefs begin their campaign against the Detroit Lions, who have been resurgent lately and look like favorites to win the NFC North with Aaron Rodgers gone. Speaking of Rodgers, Kansas City will visit him and his New York Jets on Week 4.

Week 9 sees the Chiefs playing the Miami Dolphins in Tyreek Hill's "homecoming". Ever since he was sent to Florida, Hill has been trash-talking his former squad at every chance he can get, like using an expletive on them and even calling Tua Tagovailoa a better passer than Patrick Mahomes.

Unfortunately for the Kingdom, that game will be played in Frankfurt, not at the Arrowhead as had been initially anticipated. The Chiefs, however, will be the designated home team for the game.

Other highlights for the Chiefs include a Super Bowl rematch against the Philadelphia Eagles and their massively improved defense in Week 11 and an AFC Championship Game rematch against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 17. The latter will also mark the homecoming of offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr., who helped protect Mahomes from hungry pass rushers on their way to Super Bowl LVII.
