NFL analyst Charles Davis' daughter, Taylor Davis, is the versatile CEO of CLR Los Angeles candle brand. She's a graduate of Telecommunications Management from the University of Florida, USA. Davis cut her teeth in the American creative industry, donning numerous roles before starting her brand in June 2020.

She had her first industry role as an intern at NBC Sports, a position she occupied from July 2012 till August 2012. She snagged that role in her early years as a student at the University of Florida.

Following her internship placement at NBC Sports, Davis earned a digital coverage internship role at CAA (Creative Arts Agency) from June 2014 till August 2014. This role was a preview of what her career would look like once she graduated from the University of Florida.

After graduation, she earned her first job in the creative industry as a receptionist at CAA. She occupied that role for 11 months before reaching a promotion to Floater for the company in March 2016. She kept the position till October 2016 before resigning to move on to a different role.

After leaving CAA, Taylor Davis started working as an executive assistant at Haven Entertainment. She occupied the role for two years and three months, adding significant value to the brand.

She had a productive time in the Greater Los Angeles Area before leaving to create her own company CLR Los Angeles, a sophisticated candle brand we will touch upon soon.

About Taylor Davis' company, CLR Los Angeles

According to the CLR website, the team behind CLR (pronounced KUHL-ER) knows that scent evokes emotion and memory.

Each candle is made by hand in Los Angeles, using color and luxurious fragrance to offer a product for every mood. Their first collection elevates the rainbow you already know and love. Each candle is, you guessed it, has its own CLR, blending luxury with fun and offering subtle reminders to let our colors shine through.

CLR Los Angeles sets itself apart with more than just a line of candles meant to help you glow, as it's founded by people of color, women and LGBTQIA.

The company places a premium on providing intricately designed candles to fit its clientele's needs. Taylor Davis views candles as her therapy. When she noticed a gap in the candle market – no major candle companies owned by women of color – she created her own brand. The brand has been growing and flourishing since.
