Bucks fans blast Evan Turner for jab at Giannis Antetokounmpo on Ashley Nicole Moss’ pic: “Funny because his jumper is uglier”

Former NBA player Evan Turner's comments against Giannis Antetokounmpo raised eyebrows around the league. It's unknown what led Turner to go against the Milwaukee Bucks superstar, but he doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon.

Reporter Ashley Nicole Moss shared a series of pictures of herself with Charlotte Hornets veteran Grant Williams at his golf tournament held in Charlotte. Turner sent a message to her, saying that they were still beefing.

"Just cause you held it down and hosted my cousin grant's golf tournament don't mean we not beefin. Ima see you in traffic, young opp," Turner wrote.

"@evanturner looking forward to it, truly," Moss replied.

"@dannysniper145 I pray to Giannis before every free throw," Turner commented.

That third comment didn't sit well with plenty of people, especially Milwaukee Bucks fans. Giannis Antetokounmpo wasn't even part of the conversation, yet Turner found a way to bring him up.

Plenty of fans took to X (formerly Twitter) to clap back at Turner.

"It’s funny because his jumper is uglier than Giannis," one fan wrote.

"He was trash while on the blazers in the 2018 playoffs people forget," another fan commented.

"We got bums openly hating on top 75 players what happened to the game I loved," one fan questioned.

Another tried to explain why Turner hates Antetokounmpo while somebody tried to explain the criticism in NFL terms.

"Giannis said some s**t to him after a poster that has him hurting lmaoooo," one fan said.

Somebody shared an old video of Antetokounmpo blocking Turner during a fast break.

Evan Turner has attacked Giannis Antetokounmpo several times in the past

Evan Turner appears to have some agenda against Giannis Antetokounmpo, as he started going after the two-time NBA MVP almost a year ago, on Sept. 13. Presumably motivated by Antetokounmpo's support to Noah Lyles' take about the 'world champions' tag, Turner went to X to call Giannis and his brother out.

"Ain't nobody coming to Milwaukee to work out wit you," Turner posted.

A couple of months later, in December, Turner said that Antetokounmpo has a competitive mindset but is not a top-five player in the NBA in his eyes.

“I saw Giannis last night and Buddy kept it player and showed me a lot thru his speech (pause) and confidence in who he is. Buddy actually got a championship mindset, you can see why he's successful. I still don't have him in my top 5, but I can respect greatness.”

Turner went after Giannis Antetokounmpo on Tuesday again, and people still don't know why.
