Dirk Nowitzki and Tony Parker showed up at Roland-Garros Stadium to watch Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner battle for the French Open title. However, another big name from the NBA went viral on social media.
A post by Bleacher Report on X featured former TNT sportscaster Ernie Johnson sitting in the stands, enjoying the game in his vintage beret look.
"Beret Ernie is back," Bleacher Report tweeted on Sunday.

In another photo on X from Roland-Garros, Dirk Nowitzki and Tony Parker posed alongside each other before the game. Nowitzki went minimalist in his fashion, donning a gray blazer over a white T-shirt.
Alcaraz now has back-to-back French Open wins. The world No. 2 defeated Sinner 4-6, 6-7 (4), 6-4, 7-6 (3), 7-6 (10-2) in one of the greatest comebacks in French Open history.
Dirk Nowitzki and LeBron James exchange appreciation messages
One of LeBron James' darkest seasons was the greatest year in Nowitzki's NBA career. The 2011 NBA Finals remain a big blot on James' legendary career, when he faced against Nowitzki and the Mavs.
James, who was with the Miami Heat, averaged just 17.8 points in the finals, his worst performance in the championship series. The Heat had no answer for Nowitzki, who averaged 26.0 points in six games, and the "nail iso" strategy played a big part in the win.
James brought up Nowitzki's game plan during his "Mind The Game" podcast with Steve Nash, and the Mavericks legend broke down in the video.
"Hey LeBron and Steve, thanks for the shoutout," Nowitzki said on May 23. "I appreciate it."
Nowitzki explained the "nail iso." He said that the game plan came after teams started to pay pick-and-roll against him and defended him from the weak side.
According to the 2011 NBA champion, he received the ball on the nail and shot the ball over his smaller defender.
"So the easiest was just after a high pick and roll, just to give me the ball right there on the nail," Nowitzki said. "... Wherever I would catch the ball, I would just turn around and probably shoot over the smaller defender."
Nowitzki was known for his prolific scoring during his prime. His one-legged fadeaway is considered one of the most difficult shots to defend.
