LeBron James, one of the NFL's biggest fans, is at the Super Bowl yet again in the audience. Instead of cheers that usually greet him, fans at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals, had something else thrown his way.

The LA Lakers superstar was with his wife Savannah James when he was shown on the Jumbotron. He was promptly and loudly booed by the fans in attendance, who were mainly Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles supporters.

The four-time NBA MVP got back at them by holding the #1 sign up and then putting on an imaginary crown. James recently dethroned Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the league's all-time scoring leader.

"King James" resets a record that had stood for nearly 39 years, longer than he's been alive. In a game against the OKC Thunder Feb. 7, he recorded 38,390 to surpass Abdul-Jabbar's 38,387 scoring mark.

LeBron James claimed he wasn't going to cry when he accomplished the record but failed to contain himself. When surrounded by friends and family, he broke down a bit on center court.

“Just want to say thank you to the Laker faithful, you guys are one of a kind. To be in the presence of a legend and one of the greatest such as Kareem is humbling.
"Give a standing ovation to the captain, please. Everybody that’s ever been a part of this run for the last 20 years, I just want to say thank you. … F–k man… thank you guys!”

LeBron James broke the record with a few seconds left in the third quarter of the game. The crowd at Crypto.com Arena, whoever, was already on their feet with still six minutes left in that period, excitedly waiting for the historic moment.

When the game was briefly stopped to honor both James and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the home crowd couldn't stop cheering and clapping.

The crowd enjoying Super Bowl LVII in Glendale, Arizona, unfortunately for "King James," did not give him that kind of reception.

LeBron James probably had more fun in Super Bowl LVI

LeBron James openly courted Odell Beckham Jr. to join the LA Rams. "OBJ's" presence wasn't just one reason why he thoroughly enjoyed Super Bowl LVI.

The once-in-a-year event took place at SoFi Stadium, the Rams' stadium in Los Angeles. As the LA Lakers' franchise player, he avidly supported the team.

"King James" showed off his dance moves, which went viral, during the halftime show. The basketball star completely nailed "50 Cent's" "In Da Club" hit without losing rhythm with his dance step.

LeBron James has seen many Super Bowl halftime shows but declared:

"OMG!!!!!!!!! WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!! THE GREATEST HALFTIME SHOW IVE EVER SEEN!!!"

More importantly, the LA Rams rallied for a 23-20 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. James must have been hoarse, shouting his support for his friend "OBJ" and the Rams.

A few months later, the LA Rams went to Crypt.com Arena to cheer for LeBron James and the Lakers. Star defensive end Aaron Donald and the basketball great shared a memorable hug on the court.
