“What the hell are you doing here?”: Savannah James reveals the one sweet LeBron James surprise that would catch her off guard

LeBron James and Savannah James have been together for over two decades now, but there are still ways in which the four-time NBA champion can surprise his wife.

On the June 3 episode of the "Everybody's Crazy" podcast, Savannah James revealed an act that her husband could do to catch her off guard. She explained that James has never picked her up from the airport.

When her co-host, April McDaniel, asked what her response would be if LeBron showed up to receive her one day, Savannah said:

"It would definitely be like, 'what the hell you doing here?' It would be out of the ordinary for sure."

McDaniel then jokingly questioned whether Savannah would have a heart attack if she found her husband at the airport.

"I wouldn't have a heart attack," Savannah responded. "I think it was sweet. You was thinking about me. You missed. Me." [Timestamp 26:40]

Savannah James highlights the struggle between self-discovery and co-dependency

Savannah James has been with LeBron James since they were in high school. They have three kids.

Savannah said that being in an unbroken relationship for over two decades prevented her from focusing on self-discovery.

"Being in a relationship super young and having babies and stuff there is co-dependency in like a feeling of 'I can't really make no moves without this person...' I mean I'm going to speak for myself like I want to make sure that I am available to do all the things that he is doing and I am kind of not even finding out what I like to do.

"I am just here with these kids and I am here with you. That's very co-dependent. It took me a while to figure out that I actually do like taking time to myself." [Timestamp 23:09]

McDaniel had previously revealed that she liked to go out and have dinner by herself, but Savannah said that she had not yet reached that place in her life.
