The NBA draft 2019 is just around the corner. The New Orleans Pelicans have the rights to the most hyped prospect since LeBron James in Zion Williamson. They also have the fourth pick in the NBA draft now because of the inevitable trade of their superstar, Anthony Davis, to the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Memphis Grizzlies have the second pick in the draft and they will be looking to add a franchise altering talent. New York Knicks missed out on Zion Williamson but they still have the third pick and are linked with a great prospect like RJ Barrett.

Coby White is a 6'5'' scoring point guard. He has a good upside. He may not become an All-Star but can definitely become a starting point guard on a good team.

White also projects to be a good passer in the pick and roll situations. He demonstrated great IQ and vision and can be a great playmaker in an initiator role. White is someone who loves to push the tempo of the game. He is great at rebounding and after that constantly looks to throw outlet passes.

He also hit 43.1 percent of his catch-and-shoot attempts. He can be a threat from outside the arc and teams like Chicago Bulls or Phoenix Suns who are in the market in search of point guards can definitely utilize his services.

#2 Darius Garland (Vanderbilt, Freshman)

Darius Garland is also one of the most hyped prospect in the draft. His ability to finish off the dribble is probably one of the best in this draft.

Garland pull up game is the best among all the point guards. He also made nearly 50% of his three point shots which can translate superbly in the modern NBA. He is also great with his ball handling skills and can be great at driving and then kicking the ball to open players.

But one of the key areas where he needs to work is his ability to run an offensive system in the NBA. He had more turnovers than assists in the games that he played before his injury. He also has a 6'2'' frame and it will be difficult for him to guard more than one position in the NBA.

Despite these flaws, Garland can be a great scorer and can impact his team in a very positive manner.

#1 Ja Morant (Murray State, Sophomore):

Ja Morant is the easy number two pick in this years NBA draft behind Zion Williamson. He packs great explosiveness and speed that screams NBA upside.

He was the leader in transition points and also displayed great playmaking abilities. He has vision and passing skills with both hands. Morant also showed great knack for penetrating, cutting and beating the rim.

The one thing that he needs to improve in his game is his ability to create separation and hit shots off the dribble. He also has a low release point which makes it easier to block his shots.

He's still the most exciting prospect in the draft outside of Zion Williamson, boasting star power, unprecedented college production and dramatic year-to-year improvement. He can be a lead point guard on a team for years to come.
