Dylan Morris is a quarterback for the James Madison Dukes and will be a redshirt senior in 2024. He hails from Puyallup, Washington, and attended Graham-Kapowsin High School. Morris was ranked as the No. 1 player in Washington, the No. 6 pocket passer in the country, and the No. 115 overall recruit by ESPN. Morris transferred to JMU after playing five seasons for the Washington Huskies, from 2019 to 2023. During his tenure at Washington, he played in 27 games, starting 15 as a quarterback. Morris completed 305 of 503 passes and registered 3,721 passing yards for 20 touchdowns and 17 interceptions. He also contributed 56 rushing yards for five touchdowns. His most notable play was when he led Washington towards a Pac-12 Sugar Bowl victory and helped the team qualify for the 2023 CFP National Championship game. As per his official James Madison Dukes profile, Morris is pursuing a degree in Professional and Continuing Education and has already earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education, communities, and organizations.

Dylan Morris had remarkable seasons in 2020 and 2021 for the Washington Huskies. He earned an Honorable Mention in the All-Pac-12 team and won three Pac-12 Freshman of the Week recognitions in 2020. Morris played four games in 2020 and threw for 897 yards for four touchdowns. As a sophomore in 2021, he amassed 2,458 passing yards and 14 touchdowns in 11 starts. Morris registered five games with more than 250 passing yards and eight games with at least two touchdowns. Morris accounted for his career-high figure of 387 passing yards against Colorado, three passing touchdowns against Arkansas State, and 33 completions against Colorado in 2021. He also received the 2023 Husky Fever 12th Man Award and the 2020 UW Travis Spring Most Outstanding Freshman Award.
