During his high school career, Morris showcased remarkable skills on the football field, amassing impressive statistics with 9,815 passing yards and 99 touchdowns on 636 completions out of 1,021 attempts. Leading Graham-Kapowsin to the state playoffs four times, he achieved a notable 40-7 record. He accepted an invitation to participate in the Pro Football Hall of Fame World Bowl in Mexico City.
