Jimmy Horn Jr., born on September 12, 2002, is a college football wide receiver for the Colorado Buffaloes. He previously played for South Florida. Horn’s collegiate football journey began in South Florida in 2021. Playing in 12 games, Horn made five starts and totaled 408 receiving yards and a touchdown on 30 receptions. In his sophomore season at South Florida in 2022, he caught 37 passes for 551 yards and three touchdowns, playing in 11 games. On special teams, he played as a kick returner, averaging nearly 30 yards per return, and scoring a touchdown. His all-around performance earned him First-Team All-AAC honors as a kick returner.

Jimmy Horn Jr. transferred to Colorado in 2023, where he recorded 58 receptions, 567 receiving yards, and six touchdowns, starting in every game. His debut for Colorado was particularly notable, as he set a career high with 11 receptions against TCU and threw his first passing touchdown.

During his senior year, he caught 42 passes for 736 yards and nine touchdowns and also rushed for 196 yards and three touchdowns. In addition to his football achievements, Horn Jr. participated in track and field, winning four medals at the 2021 Florida Class 8A State Track and Field Championships.
