Throughout his high school career, he won the IHSFCA 2A All-State twice and the 2022 News-Gazette Area Player of the Year. Feagin set school records for rushing yards and rushing touchdowns, he accumulated 2,300 total yards and 37 touchdowns during his senior year. He also finished second in the long jump at the 2021 IHSA track and field state finals. He was a versatile player in high school and also received scholarship offers from Iowa, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Wisconsin among others before committing to Illinois.
