Shedeur Sanders is a quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes and will play as a senior in 2024. Sanders hails from Dallas, Texas, and attended Trinity Christian High School. He joined Jackson State for two seasons in 2021 and 2022 before transferring to Colorado. He played under head coach Andre' Hart. He also set school records for passing touchdowns and completions with 70 touchdown passes and 6,983 yards. Among his accolades, he was a Walter Payton Award finalist, SWAC Offensive Player of the Year, and won multiple All-American recognition. As a freshman, he earned the Jerry Rice FCS National Freshman of the Year, which labeled him as one of the brightest young talents in college football.
