In cricket, a bowling strike rate is a statistic that measures how frequently a bowler takes wickets. It represents the average number of balls bowled per wicket taken. The lower the strike rate, the better the bowler is considered to be. Andre Russell holds the record for the best bowling strike in the Indian Premier League (IPL) by a bowler who has at least bowled 1000 balls, as of May 2, 2025.
