About game
The Caves & Cliffs update was first announced in 2020. It has since been divided into two releases. The 1.17 update (the first part of the Caves & Cliffs expansion) is now available and introduces new creatures, blocks, and other bits and pieces. The 1.18 (part 2) update will arrive later in 2021, bringing with it new biomes and a revamped terrain generation. While it is the smaller of the two updates, it contains a plethora of new blocks, animals, plants, and craftable items.

Minecraft can be played on Windows 10 PCs, Xbox One and Series S/X consoles, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, iOS and iPadOS devices, and Android devices.
