The former Wu Lin Feng bantamweight champion, Aori Qileng has been a contender in the Ultimate Fighting Championship since 2021. With a professional expertise that dates back to 2015, Aori Qileng maintains a record of 25 wins, 11 losses and 1 no-contest in his mixed martial arts career. The majority of his wins were via decision(16), knockout(8), and submission(1), respectively.

The 31 year old Chinese fighter has fought twice in each year since his inaugural fight in the promotion. For 2023, Qigong fought twice and secured one win. It is not that Qileng does not lose in his fight like the elite of the elite does. However, the veteran mixed martial artist always finds enough motivation and bounces back from his losses. Hence, the chinese fighter has quite some audience for his style and performance, showcase.

Aori Qileng’s next fight

Aori Qileng is set to face the rising Mexican talent, Raul Rosas Jr. in his next fight at UFC Noche 306 on September 14, 2024 at the Sphere in Las Vegas, United States. The whole event is considered to be one of a kind as it is going to be held at the Sphere and its difficulties in practically making it happen in this arena.

The pay per view will be headlined by the UFC bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley against Merab Dvalishvili. A co-main event of Alexa Grasso defending her women’s flyweight title against the former champion, Valentina Shevchenko has also been added to the card. Moreover, the event will be held in respect to the Mexican Independence Day in September and most of the fighters competing will be representing the country inside the octagon(including Raul Rosas Jr.).

Hence, it will be one of the most prestigious moments in Aori Qileng’s career, irrespective of the result inside the cage.

Aori Qileng had his last fight against Daniel Marcos at UFC Fight Night: Hermansson vs. Pyfer on February 10, 2024, in Las Vegas, United States. However, an accidental groin strike from Marcos in the second round made Qileng unable to continue with the fight and the matchup turned out to be a no-contest.
