Last Modified Aug 3, 2024 11:36 GMT

Brock Lesnar is a former mixed martial artist and professional wrestler who competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He made his professional debut in 2007 and quickly rose to fame with his dominant wrestling skills and powerful striking. He won the UFC Heavyweight Championship in just his third fight with the organization.

Over the course of his career, Lesnar compiled a record of 5 wins and 3 losses (5-3-0 (1 NC)) in MMA, with victories over notable fighters such as Randy Couture, Shane Carwin, and Frank Mir. He also suffered substantial losses to Cain Velasquez and Alistair Overeem.

After a four-year absence from the UFC, Lesnar returned to the organization in 2016 and defeated Mark Hunt via unanimous decision. However, the result was later overturned to a no contest due to Lesnar failing multiple drug tests. He retired from mixed martial arts in 2017.
