Marina Alcalde Rodriguez, hailing from Brazil, is a proficient mixed martial artist (MMA) competing in the Strawweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). She currently holds the #6 spot in the UFC women's strawweight rankings, and as of April 2024.

Before participating in Dana White's Contender Series Brazil, Rodriguez began her professional mixed martial arts career in 2015, competed mostly in Brazil, and earned a 9-0 record. In August 2018, Rodriguez competed against Maria de Oliveira Neta in the Dana White's Contender Series (DWCS) Brazil 2 series. In the first round, she was victorious by first-round technical knockout.

In September 2018, Rodriguez faced Randa Markos in her UFC debut at UFC Fight Night: Santos vs. Anders. It was ultimately decided by a majority that the back-and-forth bout was a draw. In March 2019 at the UFC on ESPN, she competed in Barboza vs. Gaethje vs. Jessica Aguilar and received a unanimous decision victory.

At the UFC on ESPN+ 14 in August 2019, Rodriguez fought Tecia Torres and received a unanimous decision victory. On October 9, 2021, Rodriguez fought Mackenzie Dern at UFC Fight Night 194. She received a unanimous decision victory. She won the Fight of the Night award for her fight.

On March 5, 2022, Rodriguez and Yan Xiaonan squared off at UFC 272. She prevailed in a close decision. Rodriguez was scheduled to fight Amanda Lemos at UFC 280, but for unspecified reasons, the fight was moved to UFC Fight Night 214. By third-round technical knockout, she was declared the winner.

One of Rodriguez's recent matches was slated to take place at UFC 288 on May 6, 2023, against Virna Jandiroba. She was defeated in the match by a unanimous decision.
