Rinya Nakamura is a 28-year-old professional fighter from Japan competing in the bantamweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Starting his professional career in 2021, Nakamura currently boasts a record of 8 wins and no losses. The majority of his wins are via knockout(5), decision(2), and submission(1).

For his professional debut, Rinya Nakamura faced Takumi Arai at LDH Martial Arts: Fighting Dreamers on May 15, 2021. Nakamura knocked out Arai within 42 seconds into the first round in Tokyo, Japan. It was his first PRO matchup. Moving on, for his second bout, Nakamura knocked out Akuri Ronda via a head kick within 20 seconds into the second round at Professional Shooto 2021 Vol.5. The fight took place on July 25, 2021, in Tokyo, Japan.

Rinya Nakamura had one more fight inside Professional Shooto 2022 on January 16, 2022. Nakamura faced Yasuyuki Nojiri, and TKO’d Nojiri within 25 seconds into the first round.
