Based on Wrestlinginc.com, Ric Flair has a WrestleMania record of 2-4. 'The Dirtiest Player in the Game' participated in six matches at "The Show of Shows" with two victories and four losses.

Ric Flair first participated at WrestleMania VIII in 1992 as the WWE Champion against Randy Savage but lost the match and the title to Savage. The Golden Stallion's second match was ten years later in 2002 against The Deadman, the Undertaker at WrestleMania X8. The Undertaker defeated Flair to mark his 10th WrestleMania win. Flair competed four more times at the “Grandest Stage of Them All”, winning two tag team matches in the process. Notably, he never won a singles match at WrestleMania.

WrestleMania VIII

Ric Flair's first WrestleMania match against Randy Savage was a singles match for the WWE Title. Savage won by pinfall and took the title from the champion, marking Flair's first WrestleMania appearance as a loss.

WrestleMania X8

The No Holds Barred match between The Undertaker and Ric Flair at WrestleMania X8 contained several memorable moments produced by both the Superstars. Flair lost the match after a tombstone and pinfall, marking his second WrestleMania appearance with another loss.

WrestleMania XX

'The Sixty-Minute Man' first tasted WrestleMania success at WrestleMania XX in 2004 by beating The Rock and Mick Foley. Batista and Randy Orton were on Flair's side in the 3-on-2 handicap match.

WrestleMania 23

Ric Flair's third loss came at WrestleMania 22 in 2006 against Shelton Benjamin, Finlay, Matt Hardy, Rob Van Dam, and Bobby Lashley in a Money in the Bank ladder match. Flair teamed up with Carlito during the pre-show of the following year, WrestleMania 23. It was also the only WrestleMania Pre-show appearance by the 16-time world champion. Flair along with Carlito defeated Chavo Guerrero and Gregory Helms.

WrestleMania XXIV

'Son of a Gun' marked his last appearance at "The Grandest Stage of Them All' ' in 2008 at WrestleMania XXIV against Shawn Michaels. The background of the fight had an emotional story as it was announced it would be a forced retirement match if Flair lost. He accepted the 'honorary retirement' against The HeartBreak Kid by pinfall.

WrestleMania 25

Ric Flair was at the ringside at WrestleMania 25 with some of the industry's top names such as Jimmy Snuka, Ricky Steamboat, and Roddy Piper. They faced Chris Jericho in a 3-on-1 handicap match in a losing effort.

Ric Flair made his final appearance (as of April 2024) at "The Granddaddy of Them All" at WrestleMania 35 to support Triple H against Batista.
