DeMar DeRozan's NBA 2K22 rating has generated a lot of buzz in the NBA world. A rumor started floating around that his leaked rating was 90, which sparked outrage amongst fans, as they felt that it was too high.

However, the digital marketing director of the NBA 2K franchise, Ronnie Singh, aka Ronnie 2K, clarified that the rating is inaccurate, and his actual NBA 2K22 rating hasn't been released yet.

DeMar DeRozan is one of the best players in the mid-range area. Although his three-point shot is not the best in the league, he can score from anywhere within the arc.

He could certainly complement the team very well, so his addition to the Chicago Bulls makes them a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference. It wouldn't be far-fetched to say they could finish the season as the fourth seed in 2021-22 with home-court advantage.

Shooting Guard: Zach LaVine - 87

Zach LaVine has a revealed rating of 87 in NBA 2K22. He has seen a drop in his rating despite putting up an All-Star campaign.

He averaged 27.4 points, 4.9 assists and five rebounds per game while shooting with an astounding 50/42/84 shooting split last season. LaVine made his first-ever NBA All-Star team last season, so a drop in his rating does seem unwarranted.

Zach LaVine will likely be the best player in the Chicago Bulls team, both on the court and in NBA 2K22. He is just 25, and is entering the prime of his career. He can drop 20-30 points with ease in a variety of ways.

LaVine is a two-time Dunk champion, who has also scored 13 threes in a game. NBA 2K22 revealed that Zach LaVine has the second-highest rated dunk rating in the game with 95, behind Zion Williamson.

Point Guard: Lonzo Ball - 80

Lonzo Ball's signing has been huge for the Chicago Bulls. The team now has a point guard with a pass-first mentality, so Zach LaVine doesn't have to initiate the offense.

Ball could set up the other players for great looks and also score whenever he has to. He started attempting two more threes per game last season as compared to that in the 2019-20 season, and his efficiency also went up. Reports suggest DeRozan agreed to sign with the Bulls because Lonzo Ball was headed there.

Lonzo Ball was rated 81 last season (NBA 2K21), so we predict his NBA 2K22 rating to be 80 initially. He started last game with a 77 rating, which improved to 81 by the end of the season. Ball is on an upward trajectory, so partnering with LaVine, Vucevic and DeRozan should improve his game further.
