Jasmine Jordan discusses why mother Juanita not in Michael Jordan’s famed “The Last Dance” documentary

Jasmine Jordan, the youngest among the siblings, talked about why 2020's “The Last Dance” documentary did not include their mother, Juanita, despite being a part of Michael Jordan’s career from 1985 until his retirement in 2002.

"At the end of the day, if you'd ask my mom, she lived it," Jordan said in an interview with Essence. "There's no need to go down memory lane and bring up everything that has already happened when the proof is in the pudding. She was at the championship. She was at the retirement ceremony.
"We saw her in her glory ... so, no, I don't think there's a need to rehash and go through it all."

Jasmine also expressed her gratitude to their mother, who was hands-on in raising them, while her father was busy building his legacy in the court.
