3. Finally, you need a Glacial Lure. This lure can be purchased from the shop menu for 200 Pokecoins. Earning these coins can be a bit confusing but as long as you have a Pokemon defending a gym, they will earn you Pokecoins throughout the day which are delivered to you automatically. So while you’re out Eevee hunting put a few Pokemon into gyms to ensure you can afford the Glacial Lure.

Collect 25 Eevee candy and a Glacial Lure, then use the lure on a Pokestop. While inside the radius of the lure, give the 25 Eevee candy to an Eevee and it can now evolve into Glaceon. Remember to use the nickname trick to make the evolution more consistent.
Step 1: Catch multiple Eevee until you have at least 25 Eevee Candy. You can transfer some Eevee to Professor Willow for extra Candy but make sure to keep at least one for evolving.
