To increase or maintain popularity at a high level, you must complete Management missions at least once in a while.
At the highest possible popularity, this business can generate $50,000 every in-game day, that is 48 minutes in real-life. The generated income will be stored in your Nightclub office's safe, from where it can be collected at any time. The safe has a capacity of $250,000; so empty it when it hits that mark so as to not lose any additional cash post that point.
For those wondering, GTA Online Nightclubs are sold on the Maze Bank Foreclosures website, and a player can buy any one of the available properties.
2) Best passive incomes in GTA Online: Nightclub Warehouse
The Nightclub is not just the source of one, but actually two best passive incomes in GTA Online. Its Warehouse offers a great way to earn additional cash without having to do much.

They can then be sent out for bounty hunting and will return after some time with anywhere between $5,000 and $10,000 deposited in the Bail Office safe.
Note that having two Agents also helps in receiving payments from the main bounty hunting missions faster than usual, so it is good to have them for more than just the passive income.

The Arcade business is mandatory to set up and play The Diamond Casino Heist, one of the best ways to make money actively in the game. However, the business itself has one of the best passive incomes in GTA Online. The more arcade machines one installs in their Arcade, the more money it's safe to generate passively, maxing out at around $5,000 every 48 minutes.

One benefit of the Acid Lab is that it always spawns one sale vehicle during Sell Missions, so no matter how much product is being sold, you don't have to worry about needing an extra hand.
Selling the maximum amount of product can pay a bit over $200,000. Additionally, the rate at which acid is manufactured passively can be increased once every day for a limited time.
To get an Acid Lab, you can either buy an MTL Brickade 6x6 from Warstock Cache and Carry, but that isn't recommended as the truck costs over a million dollars. Instead, complete all the First Dose missions to get the Brickade 6x6 for free and have the Acid Lab installed in it for $750,000.
