Deep Lukewarm Ocean in Minecraft

The deep lukewarm ocean is a biome that was added to Minecraft in the Aquatic Update. They are similar to the regular lukewarm oceans but are about twice as deep, and since they are deeper, they can generate ocean monuments. Since the water is warmer, you will find a variety of wildlife.

Description

Deep lukewarm oceans have a warmer color to them as compared to cold and regular oceans. This allows for a large number and variety of fishes to spawn. The ocean bed is mostly made of sand blocks with kelp and sea grass growing on them. You can also find ocean monuments since the ocean is deeper, allowing for more structures to generate.

Mob Spawns

The player can find lots of tropical fishes, cod, dolphins, and squids all throughout the lukewarm ocean biomes. Since the water is warmer, these wildlife mobs will spawn more frequently and in larger groups as well. Hostile mobs such as drowned will also spawn here.

Conclusion

Deep lukewarm ocean biomes are a more expanded and deeper variant of regular lukewarm oceans. You can find plants such as seagrass and kelp in abundance along with a large number of fishes. Since the deep lukewarm oceans are deeper, you are more likely to find an ocean monument here.
