Brendan Allen, born on December 28, 1995, in Beaufort, South Carolina, U.S., is an American MMA fighter competing in the middleweight division (185 lbs) of the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship). In 2015, Allen began his professional MMA journey, competing in multiple promotions in the Southern region. He clinched the Legacy Fighting Alliance middleweight championship on two occasions, emerging victorious against Tim Hiley at LFA 50 and Moses Murrietta at LFA 61.

Allen made his UFC debut after winning his fight against Aaron Jeffery at Dana White's Contender Series 20 on July 16, 2019. This win awarded him a contract with the UFC.
