Amanda Lemos (full name: Amanda Oliveira de Lemos) is a mixed martial artist hailing from Brazil. She is presently competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Lemos fights in the Strawweight division of UFC, where the upper weight limit is 115 pounds. As of March 2025, Lemos occupies the No.5 rank in the UFC women's strawweight rankings.

Lemos has won the Performance of the Night bonus once and the Fight of the Night bonus twice in her UFC career. Career before UFC

Amanda Lemos began her MMA professional career in her local Brazilian territorial circuit. She took part mostly in the ‘Jungle Fight’ promotion. She had an undefeated record of six wins and one draw in the Jungle Fight promotion. Lemos retained her bantamweight title against Mayra Cantuária in their first encounter on January 2016 at Jungle Fight 85, as the fight was announced a draw. In the scheduled rematch at Jungle Fight 88 in June 2016, Lemos came out on top with a knockout in the third round of the fight. This fight was the last in the Jungle Fight promotion.

UFC career

Amanda Lemos made her UFC debut in 2017 at UFC Fight Night: Nelson vs. Ponzinibbio against Leslie Smith after replacing Lina Länsberg. Lemos lost the fight by second-round knockout. She was suspended by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) for two years due to the usage of steroids. She made her return in 2019 against Miranda Granger at UFC Fight Night 165. She beat her opponent by technical submission. Her next opponent was Mizuki Inoue in 2020 at UFC on ESPN: Munhoz vs. Edgar. She beat Mizuki by unanimous decision. In 2021 at UFC 259 she faced Lívia Renata Souza which Lemos won by technical knockout in the first round. Her next opponent was Montserrat Ruiz at UFC on ESPN 26 in 2021.

She clinched the victory by technical knockout in the first round. In the same year, she faced Angela Hill at UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. Daukaus which she won by split decision. At UFC Fight Night 205, Lemos faced former strawweight titleholder Jéssica Andrade. She lost the fight to Andrade in the first round. Her next opponent was Michelle Waterson at UFC on ABC 3 in 2022. In this fight, she won her first-ever Performance of the Night bonus award. She then competed at UFC Fight Night 214 against Marina Rodriguez. Lemos came out on top of the fight by technical knockout in the 3rd round. Amanda Lemos fought Zhang Weili for the UFC women's strawweight championship and lost the bout via a unanimous decision.
