Alexa Grasso is an MMA fighter from Mexico. She competes in the women’s flyweight division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). As of May 2025, she is No. 3 in the pound-for-pound rankings for women in the UFC.

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, on August 9, 1993, Alexa Grasso started her MMA career in Mexico. She made her debut in the UFC at UFC Fight Night: Dos Anjos vs. Ferguson on November 5, 2016. At that event, she faced Heather Clark, whom she defeated by unanimous decision in Round 3. As of May 8, 2025, she is the former UFC women’s flyweight champion. Grasso is the first woman from Mexico to win a UFC championship. Besides this, she has also won Fight of the Night and Performance of the Night once till now in the UFC. Prior to the UFC, she competed at Invicta FC.
