Signed with the elite professional mixed martial arts promotion, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) as of November 2024, Llontop made his professional debut in 2017. He fought in multiple professional mixed martial arts promotions before making his promotional debut in the UFC.

After winning Dana White's Contender Series: Season 7, Week 6 on September 13, 2023, by beating Malik Lewis, Llontop made his promotional debut for the promotion on April 28, 2024, against Chris Padilla. The duo took on each other at UFC Fight Night: Nicolau vs. Perez; the fight didn't end as Llontop would have wished as he suffered a first-round submission loss. His second showing in the octagon also resulted in a defeat, Llontop has yet to win a fight in the UFC since his debut in the promotion.
