Jose Ramirez is an American boxing athlete who made his professional debut in 2012. He represented his country, the United States, at the 2012 Olympics. Ramirez, who competes in the light welterweight category and held the WBC title from 2018 to 2021, also held the WBO title from 2019 to 2021.

Nicknamed the ‘Jaguar,’ Ramirez holds two Junior Olympic national titles and one Junior Golden Gloves National Championship. As of April 2025, Ramirez is ranked eighth by WBC, ninth by WBO and 12th by IBF at super lightweight. He has been training under coach Robert Garcia since winning the light welterweight title in 2018.
