Hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Ramon "Dinamita" Cardenas was born on November 7, 1995, and is a professional super bantamweight boxer. Measuring five feet, five inches tall, he competes using an orthodox stance and is trained by Joel Diaz.

Cardenas started his pro career on July 25, 2015, with a first-round TKO of Jonathan Hernandez. As of April 2025, he has a record of 26 wins (14 by KO) and one defeat, which came via a majority decision to Danny Flores in 2017. Since suffering that loss, he has collected 14 successive wins, topping Rafael Pedroza, Israel Rodriguez Picazo, and Bryan Acosta among his victims.
