The Pokemon GO Adventure Effects are a special and temporary bonus that affects your gameplay outside of battles in the game. These unique bonuses are only unlocked by specific legendary Pokemon and are activated by using their signature moves outside of battle. Adventure Effects are tied to Charged Attacks, and significantly affect the Pokemon GO gameplay for a short duration.

Currently, there are nine Pokemon GO Adventure Effects, and these are tied to nine special Pokemon forms. Each of them has a unique effect and provides a different kind of change to your gameplay.

Here are all the Adventure Effects in Pokemon GO that are currently available:

Moongeist Beam	Dawn Wings Necrozma	3000 Stardust and 3x Necrozma Candy	Harnesses the power of moonlight for 10 minutes, attracting Pokemon that typically appear during nighttime to your location. Also allows nighttime evolution during the day.	10 minutes
Sunsteel Strike	Dusk Mane Necrozma	3000 Stardust and 3x Necrozma Candy	Harnesses the power of sunlight for 10 minutes, attracting Pokemon that typically appear during daytime to your location. Also allows daytime evolution during the night.	10 minutes
Ice Burn	White Kyurem	5000 Stardust and 5x Kyurem Candy	During Pokemon encounters, Ice Burn's Adventure Effect slows down the catch circle's rate of shrinkage, making throws easier to land. Additionally, it increases the catch rate by 50%, even for catches made with gadgets like the Pokemon GO Plus.	10 minutes
Freeze Shock	Black Kyurem	5000 Stardust and 5x Kyurem Candy	Similar to the effect of using a Nanab Berry, Freeze Shock causes Pokemon to remain motionless during encounters, making them easier to capture. Additionally, it raises the catch rate by 25%, even when using Pokemon GO Plus and other accessory devices.	10 minutes
Behemoth Blade	Crowned Sword Zacian	5000 Stardust and 5x Zacian Candy	Your Pokemon's Attack stat increases by 10% in Raid Battles and by 5% in Max Battles when using Behemoth Blade.	6 minutes
Behemoth Bash	Crowned Shield Zamazenta	5000 Stardust and 5x Zamazenta Candy	Your Pokemon defenses are strengthened by Behemoth Bash, which increases their Defense stat by 5% in Max Battles and 10% in Raid Battles.	6 minutes
Dynamax Cannon	Eternatus	5000 Stardust and 30x Eternatus Candy	All your Dynamax/Gigantamax Pokemon's (including Eternatus') Max Moves are increased by one level. Locked moves are brought to Level 1, while Level 3 moves go to Level 4.	10 minutes

Keep in mind that the duration of the Pokemon GO Adventure Effects can be increased by expending more Stardust and the required Pokemon Candy.

How to use Adventure Effects in Pokemon GO?

Adventure Effects in Pokemon GO are special Charged Attacks that need to be used outside of battle. To use them, simply select the Pokemon with the move that you want to use and scroll down till you see a special section just below the normal moves list.

You will also be able to see the materials that are required to use this particular Adventure Effect. Tap on the Use option that you see here, which should prompt a confirmation message. An animation will then play of the critter using their signature move which signifies that you have successfully used the Adventure Effect.
